Internship agreement

Concerning the internships and the internship agreement that you have to prepare (only concerns students registered as part of the initial training, and without a research year contract).

When your internship agreement is filled, you must

contact the secretariat for verification. If everything is correct, it will be sent to you so that you have it signed, otherwise, the modifications to be made

will be indicated . No internship can begin without the agreement being signed by all parties (the University signing last).

As part of an internship of more than 2 months, leave is possible for the intern, but not mandatory.

This is to be defined with your internship tutor and your host organisation.

Also note that the intern is not an employee. You do not receive a salary, but a bonus. This gratuity is due only for “worked” days.

Concernant les stages et la convention de stage que vous devait préparer (ne concerne que les étudiants inscrits dans le cadre de la formation initiale, et sans contrat année recherche).

Quand votre convention de stage vous semble terminée, vous devez

contacter le secrétariat pour vérification. Si tout est correct, elle vous sera transmise afin que vous la fassiez signer, sinon, les modifications à effectuer

vous seront indiquées

.Aucun stage ne peut commencer sans que la convention soit signée par toutes les parties (l’Université signant en dernier).

Dans le cadre d’un stage de plus de 2 mois, les congés sont possibles pour le stagiaire, mais pas obligatoires.
Cela est à définir avec votre tuteur de stage et votre organisme d’accueil.

Attention également, le stagiaire, n’est pas un employé. Vous ne percevez pas un salaire, mais une gratification. Cette gratification est due uniquement pour les jours “travaillées”.
