Including keynotes, theoretical and practical courses, debates and round table, this summer school gathered scientists from various fields to dive into artificial intelligence and its latest applications in life science, genetics and public health.
On the first two days, around fifty students (masters, PhDs and post-docs) had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on AI in the great environment of the ecological station in Fontainebleau. They were presented with AI state-of-the-art advances for the study of biological systems, from protein folding to automatic analysis of microscopy images. These two days allowed many interactions between the students and the speakers.

A symposium in Buffon amphitheater took place on the last day to share AI advances with more than 120 scientists through eight talks focusing on genetics, genomics, but also various applications in clinical studies or industry.
This multidisciplinary event gave us great insights on the latest AI discoveries and their great impact on biology and genetics.
