Mobility for international conferences
As part of its training mission, the Ecole Universitaire Genétique et Epigénétique Nouvelle Ecole (EUR G.E.N.E.) offers its PhD students 5 funding each year to participate in an international congress.
FUNDING DESCRIPTION
- Funding of up to € 2,000 for participation in an international conference on a theme of the EUR GENE, including support for the return trip and accommodation on site and, where applicable, registration at Congress. Priority will be given to projects co-financed by the thesis laboratory (including via other grants).
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- To be enrolled at Université Paris Cité and in a doctoral school of the G.E.N.E. Graduate School: BioSPC or HOB
- To be in the 2nd or 3rd year of a doctorate in a laboratory affiliated to the G.E.N.E. Graduate School
- Have been selected for an oral presentation or poster at an international congress. Priority will be given to requests for conferences outside France.
- Priority will be given to applicants who have not already benefited from this funding
- Have submitted a complete application form during the opening period of calls for projects

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To apply to the fellowship, fill in English or in French the form on the application platform: Link available soon.
To access the platform, you will first be asked to give your name and email. You will then receive a message containing the link to your application session. This link will allow you to resume filling the application anytime you need to come back an finish it later.
On top of the application form’s questions, you will have to upload the abstract or document you submitted for your participation in the conference.
Please note that once you have submitted the form, you will not have access anymore.
